Where do I pick up the car?

How far ahead do I need to book?

At least two hours before pickup. A rental can be as short as one hour, and the maximum is one year.

How many seats do your cars have?

Seat counts across the fleet run from two up to eight. Each car's page lists its own count, so check that before you book.

Do I need to clean the car before I return it?

Return it in the condition and cleanliness you received it in. If you've taken it to the beach, shake the sand out before you get in, since sand is very hard to remove from the carpets.

Can I return the car without refueling or recharging it?

On the cars that offer it, prepaid refuel is $120, covers up to a full tank, and lets you return at any fuel level. Where prepaid EV recharge is offered, it is $30 and asks you to bring the car back with at least 30 miles of range.

Are pets or smoking allowed?

No pets and no smoking in the vehicles. If you're wondering about something else, call or email us before you book and we'll tell you where we stand.
